Taste the Caribean with Executive Chef Daniel Breeze’s favourites based on traditional British Virgin Island recipes. We’ve picked out just a few delights from our Menu here, by way of a taster!
Delights such as Coconut Encrusted Tempura Style Prawns served with Sweet Chilli Dip from the Setting Sail Starters Menu!
The delicious Caribbean Fish Selection includes Anegada Conch Chowder, that’s diced Island vegetables, and really tender Anegada Conch meat, gently simmered in seafood stock.
The West Indian Conch Fritters are another favourite, served with side dips of spicy Creole or guacamole sauce.
Meat lovers will find a dish from Pusser’s® DOCKSIDE GRILL, maybe from the range of Fresh Argentine Steaks or Best End Rack of Lamb, or Jerk Chicken.
When you are ready for more, you’ll find plenty of exclusive ‘Pusser’s® Puddings’ tasty deserts like Jamaican Blue Mountain Mud Pie, or Key Lime Pie, a classic from the Florida Keys. Wash it all down with Piping Hot Segafredo Coffee mixed with fine Spirits and Topped with whipped Cream and Nutmeg, sipped outdoors in the sunset! The West Indian Conch Fritters are another favourite, served with side dips of spicy Creole or guacamole sauce. Conch is a common name for certain large saltwater shellfish found in the warm waters of the Caribbean from Florida to Brazil.
Every Caribbean Island has its own sauce for the Roti, a wrap with mouthwatering ingredients packaged in a flour pancake, best tackled with a knife and fork!
